| What are the costs to exhibit? |
 |
The cost of the stand is R13,999 (excluding VAT). Early Bird booking cost is R12,500 (excluding VAT). The Exhibitor Pack includes 3x3m shell scheme, 1 table, 2 chairs, fascia board and spot lights.

| The exhibition will run from Monday 21 September to Wednesday 23 September 2009. |

| When can I set up my exhibition? |
 |
| The exhibition hall will be available for set up on Sunday, 20 September from 14h00 – 16h00. |

| When will I be able to disassemble my exhibition? |
 |
| This will need to be done on Wednesday, 23 September 2009 after 15h00. |

| How can I make payment to Bio2Biz SA? |

There are 3 methods of payment:
1. Bank Transfer (electronic) 2. Direct Bank Deposit (cheque or cash) 3. Cheque payments are made payable to Bio2Biz SA
