Early Bird Bookings: (Valid until 31 May 2008) Rate 1- Trade: R1, 950.00 (fee inclusive of Cocktail Party) Rate 2- Academia / Not for Profit Organisation: R1, 210.00 (fee inclusive Cocktail Party) Please submit valid documentation to qualify for rate 2.
Standard Rates: As Of 01 June 2008 Rate 1 - Trade: R1, 824.00 (fee inclusive of Cocktail Party) Rate 2 - Academia / Not for Profit Organisation: R1, 210.00 (fee inclusive of Cocktail Party)
Please submit valid documentation to qualify for rate 2.
Group Discounts: 5-7 delegates: 5% discount 8-10 delegates: 10% discount Groups bigger than 10 people must please contact the organizers for Super Group discount options. Groups only receive Group Discount and NO Early Bird Booking Discount.
Day Delegate Option: Trade R1, 100.00 per person per day (fee inclusive of Cocktail Party) Academic R850.00 |

| What are the costs to exhibit? |

The cost of the stand is R13,500 (excluding VAT). Early Bird booking cost is R12,900 (excluding VAT). The Exhibitor Pack includes 3x3m shell scheme, 1 table, 2 chairs, fascia board and spot lights.

| The exhibition hall will be available for set up on Sunday, 14th September from 08h00. |

| This will need to be done on Wednesday, 17th September 2008 after 15h00. |

| How can I make payment to Bio2Biz SA? |
 |
There are 2 methods of payment:
1. Bank Transfer (electronic) 2. Direct Bank Deposit (cheque or cash)
Should you require an invoice, please send an email request to
registrations@urbanphilosophy.co.za, stating who the billing institution/company is.
Proof of payment must be faxed to 086 512 1663 You are only registered as a delegate once payment has been received in full.
